Shipping and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Waist Whirl. We aim to get you fit in the comfort of your own home, through fun, effective workouts. 

Shipping Policy:

We try to process and ship your orders as fast as possible to provide you with a shopping experience as smooth as possible. Here's what you can expect from our once your order has been confirmed:

  1. Processing Time: Once your order is confirmed, please allow 1-4 business days for us to process and prepare the items for shipment. During this time, we inspect and package your products to ensure they arrive with no issues.

  2. Shipping Time: Once ready, your order will be shipped to your chosen address. Currently our estimated shipping time is 4-8 business days. Please note that this time frame may differ based on factors such as your location and current shipping conditions.

  3. Total Delivery Time: Taking both the processing and shipping times into account, the total delivery time for your order will typically fall between 6-11 business days. We appreciate your patience and understanding while your order makes its way to you.

Refund Policy:

While we hope you love your purchase, we understand that situations may arise where a refund is necessary. Our refund policy is designed to provide you with a hassle-free experience:

  1. Refund Eligibility: We accept refund requests within 10 days from the date you receive your order. If you don't like us, request a refund - it's that simple! Orders can be cancelled up until your order has been shipped. Refunds after this period can only happen once the product is returned and if sent away within 10 days of receiving it.

  2. Initiating a Refund: If you wish to request a refund, you can do so by contacting us through our website's contact page or by sending an email to waistwhirl@gmail.com. Please provide your order number, reason for the refund, and any relevant information to ensure a smooth process.

  3. Refund Process: Once we receive your refund request and confirm the eligibility of the items, we will initiate the refund process. We are unable to cover any postage costs, and we recommend you use a tracked service to ensure safe delivery. If accepted, the return must also be sent off with proof of postage within 5 days of confirmation  otherwise the return will be invalid. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it will take 3-5 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider. 

  4. Additional Information: We reserve the right to deny refunds if the product has been used, the labels have been removed, or the return request is made outside of the refund period.

Lose an inch in 30 days Guarantee:
In order to be eligible for the 30-day lose-an-inch guarantee you must comply with all of the terms below.

  1. Provide us a link of the Tiktok or Instagram account you have used to record your daily use of the Waist Whirl.
  2. Compile a video, or a set of photos showing the use of the product each day in order for the 30 days. Note that it does not have to be a full video for each day, a photo of the product in use can suffice. *Dates must be present in videos and photos.
  3. Email us at waistwhirl@gmail.com with the above and within 14 days after the 30 day window so that we can proceed to the the next steps!
